Brazil 2026 terms & conditions
With the registration to the Brazil 2026 trip, you agree to the Zenbiz Travel Terms and Conditions as well as the terms listed below.
Please ensure all documentation with the appropriate consulate well in advance of their departure from the US and that passports are also valid for the minimum validity required for ALL destinations being traveled to.
Any client wishing to utilize the services of the Company indicates their acceptance of these terms and conditions by proceeding with the booking. Upon doing so, such client is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions and also confirms to have the authority to do so on behalf of the person/company in whose name the ultimate reservation or booking is made.
The Company accepts no responsibility for any changes made after a booking that has already been confirmed.
3. THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
The Company provides clients with the services either itself or by making use of sub-contractors (“service providers”) and these service providers are engaged in or associated with the travel industries, such as airlines, hotels, lodges, car rentals, etc.
Goway Travel. The contract in use by some of the service providers (which is often constituted by the ticket issued by the service provider e.g. airline ticket), which ticket and Terms and Conditions shall constitute the sole contract between the service provider and the client. It is the client’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with such terms and conditions (the service provider’s conditions). Each service provider has their Terms & Conditions and cognisance must be taken of these Terms and Conditions as they do not form part of the Company’s Terms & Conditions as they may differ.
The Company, its officers, directors, servants, or agents will under no circumstances be liable for any claim, loss, damage, or injury suffered by any person whether to their person or property,

LAND CANCELLATION TERMS
The initial deposit is Non Refundable
September 15, 2025 - additional 50% non-refundable
November 15, 2025 - 100% non-refundable
Please Note: Additional Bio-Security requirements may be implemented by your destination (s) after the group has booked. Should we learn of any such requirements between now and the group’s departure we will inform you. Any extra costs associated will be passed on to the group and included in the final invoice.
IMPORTANT:
Due to the record number of travelers to many attractions having restricted access, restrictions of volume of visitors, and the late release of tickets. Please advise your clients that some entrance tickets cannot be guaranteed until the group is finalized and are subject to availability at late release dates. For some visits, an earlier payment to that of our final payment date may be required for tickets. We will try our utmost to secure all tickets for your group, but please note this situation is beyond our control.
E-visa: U.S. citizens can apply online for a single-entry E-visa on the Brazil Website.

FINAL PAYMENT AND DOCUMENT ISSUANCE:
The above are our normal final payment terms; however certain arrangements may require the balance of payment earlier.
Important: * These are required as per TSA requirements. Tickets cannot be issued without this information.
INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS:
Goway Travel will accept installment payments in groups. Please note, any refunds of installment payments that have been made over and above the non-refundable deposits will be subject to a $5.00 processing fee per $100 (e.g. a refund of $500 will be charged a $25 fee), a minimum charge of $5 will apply. This processing fee applies if the cancellation is made before the effective date of the penalty period for the group. Please review the terms and conditions for full details of these dates and charges.
• Air departure taxes and fuel surcharges are included (Taxes and fuel surcharges are subject to change and are not guaranteed until tickets are issued and will be re-quoted at the time of final invoicing).

- ONLINE UPGRADE OPTIONS MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE ON GROUP TICKETS.- ONLINE CHECK-IN MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR GROUP TICKETS.
- Note that name corrections may NOT be permitted once the e-ticket has been issued. Where the name has been misspelled, and an airline allows a name change, a fee will apply. If no name changes are allowed, the reservation must be canceled and a new booking made in the correct name at the same or higher fare for the same dates/itinerary and a new ticket issued.
*** When two guests share a room for a trip, it is important to have an understanding in place regarding cancellations. In the event that one of the sharing guests cancels, it should be understood that the remaining guest will be repriced to occupy the room as a single, based on the current rates.
To avoid any misunderstandings, it is recommended that the two guests discuss and agree upon this arrangement in advance. By having a clear agreement in place, both guests can ensure that they are on the same page regarding potential cancellations and any financial implications that may arise from such situations. Open communication and mutual understanding between the sharing guests will help prevent any conflicts or confusion during the trip-planning process.

Fares are not guaranteed until tickets are purchased. Should you discover any discrepancies, notify our office immediately (within 12 hours outside of the US & 24 hours within the US) to avoid vendor penalties or fare increases after this timeframe. Airline schedules can change without advance notice. Airlines may attempt to contact you directly regarding last-minute schedule changes and cancellations, so please check your reservation via the airline website at least 72 hours before departure to ensure that your contact information is in your reservation. Some international flights require you to reconfirm return flights at least 72 hours before departure. Schedule changes may affect your remaining reservations and should be considered when choosing your flights. U.S. federal law forbids the carriage of certain hazardous materials, such as aerosols, fireworks, and flammable liquids, aboard the aircraft, in your luggage, or on your person. II. VISAS
Visa requirements applicable to this quotation are as follows: At the time of this quotation, there is a visa requirement to Brazil for American citizens as of April 10, 2025.

You will need:
• A valid U.S. passport.
• A valid Brazilian visa or e-visa, beginning April 10, 2025 for tourists and currently for all other types of travel.

Please make sure you have the proper documentation when travelling with children. For example if one parent is only travel with the child, they need to have 14 consent forms signed and authorized by the other parent allowing the child to travel.
HEALTH INFORMATION:
I. COVID: Your travel arrangements could still be impacted by COVID. It is your responsibility to keep yourself and members of your traveling party (travel companions) informed of, and meet, all requirements in relation to your trip and any COVID based restrictions. We suggest these are constantly monitored prior to, and until your trip is complete, as they can change at any time, even while travelling overseas. The purchase of travel insurance with Covid coverage is highly recommended.
II. Travelling with medicines: Some countries have restrictions on travelling with medicines (prescriptions and/or nonprescription). It is the travelers responsibility to check
these requirements.
GENERAL:
I. CURRENCY AND PRICING FLUCTUATIONS
This proposal is based on the current exchange rate(s). Should there be considerable currency fluctuations, we reserve the right to apply any necessary surcharges. In the event
of any additional fuel surcharges by the Land Suppliers and/or airlines we reserve the right to add these to the costs of the land package and/or airfare. Any applicable increases will
be advised in writing prior to final payment. Prices are guaranteed once final payment has been made.
II. GROUP DEFINITION
a) Land: A minimum of 10 paying adult passengers travelling on the same itinerary/ arrangements.
b) Air: For most airlines, a minimum of 10 paying adults departing on the same date and travelling to the same destination on the same flights. Return travel on the same date
from the same destination, however, approximately 10-25% of the group size may be permitted to vary their return travel date depending on the airline rules. For deviations
the airfare is subject to current airfare levels and airfare guarantees do not apply.
15 c) Should the number of passengers fall below the required minimum (10), the booking will be deemed as F.I.T. Travel. Our F.I.T. department will provide a revised quotation based on actual numbers of passengers travelling on the given program. The group quote and rates will no longer apply.
I. FORCE MAJEURE:
We shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment, of any nature or kind whatsoever, resulting from events beyond our or a
supplier’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemic, strikes, lockouts or other labour disputes or disruptions, wars, blockades, insurrections, riots,
earthquakes, weather conditions, floods or acts or restraints imposed by government authorities
II. RESPONSIBILITIES
Goway Travel Ltd. and/or its agents act only as agents for the client in all matters pertaining to travel. They assume no responsibility nor liability in connection with the service of any
train, vessel, carriage, aircraft, motor or other conveyances which may be used, either wholly or in part, in the performance of its duty to the passenger; neither will it be
responsible for any act, error, or omission, or any injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle or through the neglect or
default of any company or person engaged in carrying out the purpose for which tickets or coupons are issued. In the event that it becomes necessary or advisable for the comfort or
well being of the passengers, or for any reason whatsoever, to alter the itinerary or arrangements, such alterations may be made without penalty to the operators. Additional
expenses, if any, shall be borne by the passengers, conversely refund will be made to the passengers if any saving is effected thereby. The airlines concerned are not to be held
responsible for any act, omission, or event, during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyance. The passage contract in use by the airlines concerned, when
issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and the purchaser of these tours and/or passenger. The right is reserved to withdraw any or all tours should conditions
