McAllister Colombia terms & conditions

With the registration to the McAllister Colombia trip, you agree to the Zenbiz Travel Terms and Conditions as well as the terms listed below.

Please ensure all documentation with the appropriate consulate well in advance of their departure from the US and that passports are also valid for the minimum validity required for ALL destinations being traveled to.

Any client wishing to utilize the services of the Company indicates their acceptance of these terms and conditions by proceeding with the booking. Upon doing so, such client is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions and also confirms to have the authority to do so on behalf of the person/company in whose name the ultimate reservation or booking is made.

The Company accepts no responsibility for any changes made after a booking that has already been confirmed.

3. THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
The Company provides clients with the services either itself or by making use of sub-contractors (“service providers”) and these service providers are engaged in or associated with the travel industries, such as airlines, hotels, lodges, car rentals, etc.
VYVEM COLOMBIA. The contract in use by some of the service providers (which is often constituted by the ticket issued by the service provider e.g. airline ticket), which ticket and Terms and Conditions shall constitute the sole contract between the service provider and the client. It is the client’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with such terms and conditions (the service provider’s conditions). Each service provider has their Terms & Conditions and cognisance must be taken of these Terms and Conditions as they do not form part of the Company’s Terms & Conditions as they may differ.

The Company, its officers, directors, servants, or agents will under no circumstances be liable for any claim, loss, damage, or injury suffered by any person whether to their person or property,

22. Other Terms Zenbiz Travel, LLC:
Guest acknowledges Zenbiz Travel, LLC of New York City as the official travel agent for this trip. The tour operator is VYVEM COLOMBIA. You confirm that you have accurately verified the names, dates of birth, and passport information to ensure they match the details on the official documents. You acknowledge that VYVEM Colombia is not liable for any denied boarding, delays, or cancellations resulting from incorrect information provided.

You acknowledge that I have informed all listed passengers of the strong recommendation to obtain travel insurance. You understand that any traveler without travel insurance will be required to sign a liability waiver before the commencement of the tour. Zenbiz Travel Terms and Conditions also apply.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

A deposit of $700.00 per person of the program price is due immediately upon booking with the remaining balance payable 90 days before departure. Cancellations made 90 days or more before departure will receive a full refund, minus a 50% administrative fee per person and any non-refundable fees already paid, such as airfare, cruise, or hotel deposits. However, after the final payment is made (within 89 days or less before departure) the booking will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee, forfeiting the entire program price.

Please note, tour quotes do not include airfare or hotel to or from the trip start point unless specifically indicated in the itinerary.

All prices are subject to change before deposit.

This package is priced based on a minimum of 8 travelers. If the group does not reach 8 confirmed travelers by the final payment deadline (90 days before departure), the package will either:

● Be canceled, with a 50% refund of the total deposit paid, or

● Be repriced based on the current rates for the actual number of confirmed travelers

    VIP Host service is available 24/7 (in person or virtually upon request) to ensure personalized attention and care
    Transportation for all scheduled experiences
    Roundtrip airport transfers
    All entrance fees to included venues and clubs
    All tips and gratuities for VIP Hosts and Tour Guides (Guests are welcome to tip extra for exceptional service)

Not Included:
Flights to/from Cartagena
Hotel accommodations
Travel insurance (highly recommended)
Meals and drinks outside of included activities
Personal expenses (souvenirs, additional transportation, etc.)

RESPONSIBILITIES & LIABILITY:
ICLAIMS AND REFUNDS

Refunds are not made for any missed services, except for verifiable extenuating circumstances. Please see our Limits on Responsibility on the terms and conditions page. Unless otherwise specifically addressed in these terms and conditions, for verifiable claims to be considered, they must be received in writing within 30 days of the termination of the program and be accompanied by supporting documentation and/or a statement from the Operating Company verifying the claim. Any adjustment considered will be based on the actual price of the services involved and not on a per diem basis. Adjustments will not be made for unused sightseeing trips or meals. VYVEM Colombia will not accept any liability for any claims that are not received within 30 days of the termination of your travel program. All claims for days missed while traveling should be made in writing within 30 days of the termination of the program.
In consideration of the services and arrangements provided by VYVEM Colombia, you, for yourself and for your heirs, personal representatives or
assigns, do hereby release, waive, discharge, hold harmless and agree to indemnify Europe Express, and its owners, officers, directors, advisors and
employees from any and all claims, actions, or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services, lost profits, consequential,
exemplary, indirect or punitive damages or otherwise which may arise out of or occur during your travel and any activities conducted in conjunction
therewith. YOU SPECIFICALLY UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE RELEASING, DISCHARGING AND WAIVING ANY CLAIMS OR ACTIONS THAT YOU MAY
HAVE PRESENTLY OR IN THE FUTURE FOR THE NEGLIGENT ACTS OR CONDUCT OF THE OWNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES OR
ADVISORS OF EUROPE EXPRESS.

Please review this itinerary immediately to ensure it accurately reflects the correct dates, names as they appear on your passport or legal identification, flight schedule, fares, and/or accommodations you requested.
Fares are not guaranteed until tickets are purchased. Should you discover any discrepancies, notify our office immediately (within 12 hours outside of the US & 24 hours within the US) to avoid vendor penalties or fare increases after this timeframe. Airline schedules can change without advance notice. Airlines may attempt to contact you directly regarding last-minute schedule changes and cancellations, so please check your reservation via the airline website at least 72 hours before departure to ensure that your contact information is in your reservation. Some international flights require you to reconfirm return flights at least 72 hours before departure. Schedule changes may affect your remaining reservations and should be considered when choosing your flights. U.S. federal law forbids the carriage of certain hazardous materials, such as aerosols, fireworks, and flammable liquids, aboard the aircraft, in your luggage, or on your person. If you do not understand these restrictions, contact your airline or go to http://www.faa.gov/about/initiatives/hazmat_safety

Availability of accommodations cannot be guaranteed until the deposit is received. While every effort will be made to secure hotels as outlined in the itinerary, during peak seasons or for bookings made within 90 days of the tour date, substitutions may be necessary. CURRENCY AND PRICING FLUCTUATIONS

This proposal is based on the current exchange rate(s). Should there be considerable currency fluctuations, we reserve the right to apply any necessary surcharges. In the event of any additional fuel surcharges by the Land Suppliers and/or airlines, we reserve the right to add these to the costs of the land package and/or airfare. Any applicable increases will be advised in writing before final payment. Prices are guaranteed once the final payment has been made.
