What Invisible Thread Says About Travel

Someone asked me last night at the Opening Night party for Invisible Thread why Zenbiz Travel was so attached to this musical? I told them that the message was in the music. The story talks about a young mans journey to Uganda to volunteer for a few weeks. What he found was that people need help and he decided to leave behind the comforts of home to help teach young people who could not afford to go to school. At Zenbiz Travel we have always encouraged our guests while on vacation to seek out volunteer opportunities. It could be a simple as bringing pencils and notebooks to kids in a school or donating time or money to an orphanage or a shelter. There is always someway to help. People always talk about how selfish the “Millennials” are.  Well Invisible Thread is a roadmap on what two people can do.

The show is amazing. Great production, Story, Acting and Music.  If you don’t see another musical/play go see this play and bring some young people with you.  Just for reading this post I am going to share a special discount code for you courtesy of our friends at Walker Communications Group who does an amazing job of marketing and audience development to our community.  www.2st.com code: WICG

When our cast traveled to Uganda, they took a Ugandan dance lesson from the students at the Ashinaga rainbow house. They taught us how to move our hips. We taught them how to whip and nae nae. #InvisibleThread
